This
two-bedroom +loft Tahoe/Donner condominium is newly renovated and
features granite kitchen and bathroom counters, upscale furnishings
and a homey feel for families and parties up to 8 people. It is
conveniently located a mile from highway 80 on Northwoods Drive,
the main road through Tahoe/Donner. The two balconies in the back
overlook woods with a meadow behind that which is wonderful for
cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking/strolling right from
the unit in the summer. This location offers guests the best of
‘ease of location’ and ‘privacy’. It is
situated only one mile from the Trout Creek Recreation Center and
a quarter mile from Tahoe/Donner’s golf course. It is walking
distance to the Tahoe/Donner tennis court, summertime pool, and
recreation center.
For
those cold evenings, enjoy the wood-burning stove, and watch your
favorite DVD or cable programs in the living room. If you would
like to grill, we offer a bar-b-que on the kitchen floor patio.
The kitchen has every convenience you would expect in your own home
and the dining-room table accommodates 8 people. The master bedroom
has a shower/tub with a separate in-room sink and vanity. 
You
will have access to all that Tahoe/Donner has to offer with guest
passes to the recreation centers and golf course and Donner Lake.
The ski areas are all within 10 to 30 minutes away and include Northstar,
Squaw Valley, Alpine, Donner Ridge, Tahoe Donner, and more. There
simply isn’t a better location for a variety skiing and snowboarding
in Northern California than Tahoe/Donner - no matter what your skill
level. Don’t forget that Tahoe/Donner has its own cross-country
skiing trails that you will also be able to access with our guest
pass.
In
the summer months, you can take advantage of so much as well. Right
in Tahoe Donner you will be able to play tennis, golf, hike &
bike ride, horse-back riding on countless trails. The entertainment
and dining options on the North shore of Tahoe and in Truckee is
quite simply amazing all year long.
