A $200 security deposit is required to hold the unit. one-half rent due two weeks prior to stay with balance of stay due upon arrival. A non-refundable
$75 cleaning fee is also required.

Cancellation Policy: It is our policy to keep your security deposit to cover our administrative expenses unless we are able to re-book your reservation.
